Are you swimming like a fish with the majority, or you are - in minority? Imagine thinking your life from your final days towards your birth. Whatever and whoever has influenced our understanding of health and disease? Our well-being is connected to our age, gender, sexual orientation, religious and social identity, our ethnic and national origin and to the language, we speak. Facing the bad news of a life-limiting diagnosis makes as very vulnerable. We rely very much on people, who are able to understand.
The Christophorus Hospice is searching for volunteers in the key role of cultural mediators. May you find time to offer your services, your competences and join our team or spread the news of palliative care in your community.

 Im Rahmen der „Woche des Bürgerschaftlichen Engagements: Engagement und Inklusion“ veranstaltet der kultursensible Fachbereich des Christophorus Hospiz Verein e.V., München eine offene Hybrid-Sprechstunde zum Thema „Ehrenamt in der Palliativversorgung“.
Ihre Einsichten und Erfahrungen in Kultur helfen Schwerkranken und Sterbenden. Schenken Sie Zeit und lassen Sie sich von Kranken ansprechen. Schwerkranke und ihre Familien brauchen interkulturelle Unterstützung und Verständnis. Gemeinsam lernen wir im Christophorus Hospiz gerne wertschätzend von den Unterschieden. Werden Sie Teil des Teams!
